Over 50 years ago Morris and Rebecca Loboda began acquiring raw land, apartment buildings and retail stores in Los Angeles during the high growth 1960’s. They continued acquisition and hands-on property management throughout the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s when they were joined by their sons E. Michael Loboda and Howard Loboda.

Today we remain a close-knit family-owned business, actively managing our existing legacy portfolio with traditional care while continuing to acquire quality real estate nationwide. Loboda Properties will typically buy and hold properties rather than “flip” them, so we invest in the long term upkeep of our properties to the continued satisfaction of our tenants and residents.

Our small and efficient family group makes buy decisions rapidly and provides capital funds internally with family funds rather than via syndication. Loboda Properties works closely with a small group of national lenders with a proven track record of closing deals on time. Together we have nearly a 100% closure rate and are not dependent on outside investors to complete our acquisitions.

B- class or above

1990’s vintage or newer

$10M market value and greater

150 units and up

value-added through stabilized

E. Michael Loboda

Michael Loboda has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 1982. A graduate of California State University, Northridge with a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Real Estate, he is currently a principal in, and heads the Beverly Hills office directly managing over 30 retail and multifamily properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors and very active in the local community as well as a Board member of local private schools. Michael provides the leadership for Loboda Properties.

Howard Loboda

Howard Loboda is a principal affiliated with Loboda Properties since his first property acquisition in 1981. A UCLA electrical engineering graduate, Howard has been involved in aerospace, communications and fiber optics bringing management, and strategic planning to the family business. Today he leads asset management of our national residential and retail properties as well as acquisitions and finance of new properties.

Dov Einhorn

Dov Einhorn has been at Loboda Properties for over 15 years and holds an MBA specializing in Finance. Dov brings a broad range of experience as a former loan officer of a leading mortgage bank in Israel as well as working for a property management firm in New York City. Today, Dov leads the group’s insurance and due diligence activities and is an asset manager of our nationwide residential and retail properties.

Sara Schwartz

Sara Schwartz is a licensed CPA with experience as an auditor for KPMG covering both U.S. and international companies. Sara also has experience accounting at an investment firm with extensive real estate assets. Sara joined Loboda Properties in 2016 as our controller and internal audit specialist.

Yaakov Loboda

Yaakov Loboda is part of the Asset Management team at Loboda Properties, responsible for overseeing and managing the company's LA real estate assets both multifamily and retail. Prior to joining Loboda Properties, Yaakov was the Director of Multifamily Sizing for Dwight Capital, a large real estate mortgage lender, for over two years. In this role, he underwrote many real estate properties for loan size and managed a team which sized multifamily projects, contributing to the success of the company's operations. Yaakov holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Yeshiva University

FREDERICO OROZCO SILERIO

Frederico has been with Loboda Properties since 2020 and is Our technical maintenance supervisor. When he is not personally performing technical maintenance he is managing our group of 3rd party contractors to keep our properties well maintained and our tenants satisfied. Frederico is also fluent in Spanish.
